The effect of occupation on body shape, size, fat and fat free mass varies based on the level of occupational physical activity involved in the job individuals do. Manual jobs like bricklaying and other construction works involve vigorous intensity occupational physical activity Although the effects of occupational physical activity on health and fitness has been equivocal This inconsistency might be due to different methods of assessing occupational physical activity
